In October 2026, Pimax appeared at the Korea Electronics Show (KES 2026) and SimRacing Expo 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany. Working alongside regional distributors and professional simulation equipment partners, Pimax demonstrated how its high-resolution VR headsets perform across different markets and applications. In Korea, Pimax joined its official distributor Wavelix to showcase the Crystal and Dream Air series. In Germany, Pimax worked with nearly 20 partners to demonstrate VR headsets alongside sim racing equipment.
Both events gave visitors the opportunity to try the products firsthand and enabled Pimax to discuss product requirements and potential collaboration with regional distributors, simulator manufacturers and industry partners.
KES 2026: Expanding Pimax’s Presence in Korea with Wavelix
From October 13 to 16, Pimax made its first appearance at the Korea Electronics Show (KES 2026), held at COEX in Seoul, alongside its official Korean distributor, Wavelix. As one of Korea’s major electronics and IT trade shows, KES brings together companies working in artificial intelligence, robotics, spatial computing and consumer electronics, providing a platform for technology showcases and industry exchange.

At the event, Pimax showcased Crystal Light, Crystal Super, Dream Air SLAM and Dream Air SE SLAM. Visitors were able to experience the headsets firsthand and explore differences in visual clarity, optical design, wearing comfort and spatial tracking. Compared with online product information alone, the event gave Pimax and Wavelix an opportunity to speak directly with local customers and discuss application requirements around the hardware itself.
As Pimax’s official distributor in Korea, Wavelix plays an important role in local product demonstrations and service support. By exhibiting together, the two companies strengthened Pimax’s product presence and channel cooperation in the Korean market. For local businesses evaluating professional VR hardware, as well as prospective distribution partners, a local channel provides a more direct way to ask questions and discuss their needs.

From October 16 to 18, Pimax attended SimRacing Expo 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany. As a major European event for the sim racing industry, the expo brings together sim racing hardware brands, equipment developers and other industry participants to showcase racing cockpits, driving controls, motion platforms and related technologies.
At this year’s event, Pimax presented its Dream Air series alongside nearly 20 partners. Beyond standalone headset demonstrations, visitors could try Pimax VR products on simulation rigs from different brands. These joint demonstrations showed how a VR headset can work as part of a complete sim racing setup alongside driving controls, racing cockpits and motion feedback systems.
Joint Demonstrations with Professional Simulation Equipment Brands
The participating brands included ACTORACER, MOZA Racing, PXN, CONSPIT, Caseking, DOF Reality, Simufy and Najam Simtec, among others.
These partners work across racing cockpits, steering wheels, pedals, motion platforms and related hardware, offering visitors different ways to experience VR sim racing. For example, pairing a VR headset with a motion platform allows drivers to experience both visual changes and physical motion feedback. Combined with dedicated steering wheels, pedals and racing cockpits, VR becomes part of a more complete driving setup.
By demonstrating its headsets with a range of professional simulation equipment, Pimax highlighted how high-resolution PCVR can be used in sim racing systems. For simulator manufacturers, system integrators and commercial simulation venue operators, the demonstrations also offered a closer look at how VR headsets can be paired with different hardware configurations.
From On-Site Experiences to Simulator Industry Partnerships
One of the defining features of SimRacing Expo is the opportunity to experience VR headsets and sim racing equipment working together in realistic setups. Compared with standalone product demos, these joint demonstrations give manufacturers, integrators and commercial operators a more direct sense of how different hardware combinations perform. For businesses developing or selling VR racing simulators, the headset is typically one component of a larger system. Hardware selection also involves purchase volumes, system configuration, software compatibility and ongoing support requirements.
Pimax previously attended a sim racing event in Charlotte, United States, where it showcased Dream Air SE in a sim racing setting. For more, see Pimax’s Charlotte SimRacing Expo recap.

From Korea to Germany: Growing a Global XR Partner Network
KES 2026 and SimRacing Expo 2026 highlighted two different approaches to partnership: regional market development and professional simulation. In Korea, Pimax and Wavelix combined product demonstrations with local customer engagement, creating a more direct point of contact for the market. In Germany, Pimax worked with simulation equipment brands to demonstrate how high-resolution VR headsets fit into racing cockpits, driving control systems and motion feedback platforms.
Although the two events served different audiences, both highlighted the role of partners in showcasing and bringing VR products to market.
For Pimax Business, conversations with regional distributors, simulator manufacturers and system integrators also provide opportunities to better understand hardware requirements, purchasing needs and system configurations across markets.
Bulk VR Headset Purchasing for Simulator Manufacturers and Distributors
As VR applications expand across sim racing, commercial experiences and professional simulation equipment, businesses have different hardware procurement needs.
For simulator manufacturers and system integrators, the priority is often finding a headset suited to their existing systems while evaluating software compatibility, hardware configurations and the requirements of multi-unit deployments.
For regional dealers and equipment distributors, product performance is only part of the decision. Bulk purchasing, product availability and partnership support are also important commercial considerations.
Pimax Business provides VR headset procurement and partnership inquiries for business customers, including:
